Rachel and Richard Heller diet

 Diet developed by American nutritionist Rachel and Richard Heller called another "diet for a sweet tooth." Based on the gradual extinction of craving for carbohydrates, including sweets. Any "bite" between the main meals are prohibited, allowed only a simple drink or mineral water. The duration of the diet - 1 week, but in principle may not be limited to some terms.

The principle of the diet is that during the day allowed three full meals. But two of them are built on the use of low-calorie foods (lean meat, fish, vegetables, dairy products). It is assumed that in this way decreases the release of insulin and dulled the sensation of hunger. In the third meal allowed all, but as a craving for food is reduced (which the authors), the consumption of high-calorie foods will also be significantly lower than in the normal way of life. Any "bite" between the main meals are prohibited, allowed only a simple drink or mineral water.

Sample menu for the first two meals:

Breakfast - yogurt (1 cup), fruit salad (apple, mandarin, kiwi).

Lunch - fish soup with Brussels sprouts (200 g), boiled chicken breast (150 g) with steamed vegetables (300 g), the natural plain yogurt (1 cup)
