Day 4:400g of fish, green vegetables

Day 6: 300g of meat (veal better), green vegetables

Day 7: 6 cups of tea with honey

Day 8: 1 and 5 liters. yogurt

Day 9: 1, 5 liters of mineral water without gas with lemon.

Day 10: oat meal and vegetables.
