Essence of the diet
Diet is designed for 14 days and consists of two stages. First, the entire menu is planned for 7 days. Then, from the 8th to 14th
day diet is repeated in reverse order (7, 6, 5, ...). In the first week of the extra pounds go away quickly, on the second week of weight loss is insignificant, but the result is fixed.
Weight loss is due to the consumption of a small amount of food. In addition, protein products rich diet that is known to prolong the feeling of satiety.
