After the revolution of 1917 the Navy left many junior officers, which among other team regalia allowed to leave the officer's cap. In civil michmanka Navy has become the hallmark of any small chief - from mayachnika to the boatswain. Until the mid-1970s michmankoy also called uniform short blue jacket warrant, it was a kind of "privilege" for them. Subsequently, these jackets were introduced to all the officers of the fleet.
