Diet for persistent

 Anyone who go on a diet can be considered his action feat. This diet is no exception. A diet designed for a week, but the feeling of lightness comes after four days of strict compliance with the restrictions.  

Breakfast:
100 g fat-free cottage cheese with slices of fresh fruit, tea without sugar.

Lunch Time:
lean fish, salad, dessert any fruit (banana if - 1/2).

Dinner (within 18 hours):
yogurt, 1-2 toast of black bread.
