1 day

In The Morning
0, 5 cups of low-fat yogurt whip with juice 1/2 grapefruit + 8 Art. l. corn sticks + 2 tbsp. l. thawed berries.
It Is Noon
150 g potatoes, 100 grams of carrots grate, 1 tomato, 100 grams of mushrooms chopped, add egg, salt and fry in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
In The Evening
1 onion fry in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add 30 grams buckwheat, 125 grams of vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add 30 g of chopped ham strips.

Day 2

In The Morning
Salad "liomi." Mix 1 tbsp. l. oat flakes, dried fruits and nuts, 4 tbsp. l. corn, oat or rice cereal flour, for 1 hour. L. pumpkin and sunflower seeds. 1/2 cup of yogurt whip with 2 tbsp. l. thawed berries and pour the resulting mixture of salad.

125 g of fish fillets marinated in lemon juice. 1 onion and 1 pod pepper extinguish with 1 tbsp. l. butter 3 min. Add 2 tbsp. l. mineral water, 2 tbsp. l. milk, salt and spices. Fillet cut, pepper, put on vegetables, simmer for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs.
In The Evening
French onion soup. 1 large onion 1 clove of garlic and put out in 2 hours. L. butter. Fold in the pot, cover with water, add 1/2 cup dry white wine, put toast, sprinkle with cheese and bake.
Have a bite
Lettuce. 1 carrot, orange 1, 1 hr. L. seeds, 1 ch. l. vegetable oil

7 day

In The Morning
1 pear cut in half, beaten 1 tbsp. l. cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. l. milk, powdered sugar little ginger. Cover the bulb. Serve with 50 g of dried white bread.
It Is Noon
1 small zucchini fry in 1 hour. L. vegetable oil. Put in a pan, sprinkling with salt, spices, thyme. Mix 1 egg 5 tablespoons. l. milk, 1 tbsp. l. grated cheese, pour over vegetables. Bake.
Dinner
Fish salad. About 50 grams of fish cut into cubes, just one small onion. Fish fry, onion and 50 g of shrimp for 1 hour. L. vegetable oil. Add 3 tbsp. l. water, lemon juice and simmer for 6 minutes. Remove the fish, put the onion in the broth, add the vinegar, lemon juice, saffron, salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Lay the fish on a plate with a green salad. Drizzle with sauce.

In The Evening
Omelet with filling. 1 pepper 1 onion and extinguish 8-10 minutes. Season with 1 tbsp. l. cream and herbs. Make an omelet of 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. l. water, 1 tbsp. l. flour. Fry for 1 hour. L. butter with 2 sides. Put on a plate. On one half put the vegetables and close the other.

1/2 grapefruit and 1 tbsp. l. cottage cheese
