Women's low-carb diet: how to lose weight

 This diet was developed by German physician. It is designed for 14 days, if the desired results are not achieved, try to take a break and repeat this diet.

Breakfast: grapefruit, slice of bread, 30 grams of cheese, coffee or tea without sugar.

Dinner: 200 grams of fat-free yogurt, beans, slice of bread, coffee or tea without sugar.

Dinner: 100 grams of lean meat (or 100 grams of lean fish), vegetables, coffee or tea without sugar.

Banned: alcoholic beverages, fruit (except grapefruit) fruit juices.

On the day you need to drink 1, 5 - 2 liters of still water.

RESULT: 5-8 kg for 2 weeks!
