Lunch: 100 g of cooked chicken (the next day can be replaced by low-fat boiled fish).
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs (fried or Teflon without fat).

Breakfast: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
Lunch: vegetable salad (no potatoes, mayonnaise or sour cream).
Dinner: any fruit except bananas.
