How to go on a proper diet

 Rule №1. Set yourself a diet and try to eat always at the same time.

Rule №2. Be sure to half an hour before a meal drink a full glass of water. This is really important. You also need to drink a whole glass after meals and in the intervals between breakfast, lunch and dinner, when there is a desire to eat.

Rule №3. Be sure to drink any vitamin complex. Those with low hemoglobin levels, you must also buy and take extra iron.

Prohibited products: all bakery and confectionery products, oil (any), all fried and smoked, wine and beer, sugar, dairy products above 1, 5% fat, seasonings such as ketchup, horseradish and mustard; nuts and chips.

Breakfast
Half a pack of cottage cheese 0% fat, boiled egg (2-3 pcs. Per week), any two of fruit, 5-6 pieces. figs, a glass of juice, tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch Time
Peas or canned corn, boiled meat or chicken 100 g (maximum of 3 times per week). Any raw vegetables or vegetable mixture. Any fruit and juice.

Dinner
Any of the above vegetables or boiled cauliflower, can be a bit of buckwheat or rice left over from breakfast, half a pack of cheese, apple or pear juice.
