German diet

Saturday

Breakfast: a cup of unsweetened tea, 1 cracker.

Dinner: 200 grams of roasted meat, 150 grams of salad from chopped cabbage with lemon juice.

Dinner: 100 grams of grated carrots with oil, 150 grams of cheese.

Sunday

Breakfast: 1 cup unsweetened tea, 1 cracker.

Dinner: 200 grams of fried or boiled chicken.

Dinner: 300 g of any fruit (apples, pears, plums, oranges, etc.).

German diet should be followed exactly, without changing the sequence of dishes. Between meals you can drink mineral water.
