Family Diet: How to lose weight collectively

 In between meals you can drink vegetable juice.

Breakfast: coffee or tea with milk and a spoon of sugar, a piece of white bread (small roll), two soft-boiled eggs or fried eggs, a slice of cheese or ham, a spoonful of honey.

Lunch: a small bowl of soup (polportsii) without cream and other filling, cooked meat (150 g), two potatoes, salad with olive oil, 200 g of fruit, two small biscuits, coffee or tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Dinner: a piece of cold boiled meat or sausage, vegetable salad with a small amount of mayonnaise, one slice of black bread.
