It is used for weight loss within 2-3 weeks.

Breakfast is the same every day - coffee or tea without sugar or with non-nutritive sweets + 2 cookies or a slice of cheese.

Monday

dinner - a glass of yogurt, 2 oranges or apples;
Dinner - 125 grams of low fat cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 cucumbers.

Tuesday

Lunch - 1/4 chicken, 2 cucumbers;
Dinner - 125 grams of low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 liter of milk.

Wednesday

Dinner - 100 grams of cheese, 1 orange or apple;
Dinner - 200 grams of salad, 2 eggs.

Thursday

Lunch - 1/4 chicken, 2 cucumbers;
Dinner - 200 grams of salad, 1 egg, 50 grams of cooked sausage without fat.

Friday

Dinner - 125 grams of cheese, 1 orange or apple;
Dinner - 100 grams of sausage, 1 egg, 1 bunch radishes, or 1 tomato.

Saturday

Lunch - 1 cup yogurt, 2 apple or orange;
Dinner - 125 grams of cottage cheese, 1 cup of milk.

Sunday

Dinner - 100 grams of sausage, 1 cucumber;
Dinner - 100 grams of cheese, 1 bunch radishes.

The consumption of liquid not containing calories is not limited.
