Monofilament

Monofilament
Monofilaments - synthetic fibers, single filament, the filament varieties. Have a flat, round or profiled cross-sectional shape. Do not fall without breaking in the longitudinal direction. In the transverse direction have a thickness of 0, 1.3, 5 mm or more. In the transverse direction have a thickness of 0, 1.3, 5 mm or more. Producing a monofilament from melts of synthetic polymers (polyamides, polyolefins, TSW), at least from solutions splitting a uniaxially oriented films in strips. Filaments have different strengths, hydrophilicity, staining, fatigue characteristics. Length can reach several kilometers. Monofilament produce colorless and colored, powder-coated metal. Used in the textile industry in the production of synthetic products or for decoration of finished products.
