Twelve days

 You can lose up to 10 pounds in 12 days if you do not deviate from this diet. Diet is not for the weak. It is best tolerated in the fall or late winter.  

Day 1 - Kefir
1 l. yogurt (2, 5% fat)
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
(If you want a couple of cups of herbal tea)

Day 2 - fruit day
4-6 medium orange
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
(Again tea)

Day 3 - Day curd
2-3 packs of low-fat cottage cheese (250 gr)
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
(Tea)

Day 4 - Vegetable day
0, 5-1 l. bank squash caviar

Day 5 - Chocolate Day
1 chocolate bar 100g.

Day 6 - apple day
1-1, 5 kg of apples (peeled)
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
herbal tea

Day 7 - Cheese Day
300 gr. hard cheese
herbal tea

Day 8 - Vegetable day
1 l. tomato juice
vegetable salad
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
herbal tea

Day 9 - Meat Day
400 gr. boiled beef
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
herbal tea

Day 10 - Vegetable day
salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, parsley, dill, celery and sunflower oil and a little salt.

Day 11 - Day curd
2-3 packs of low-fat cottage cheese (250 gr.)
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil

Day 12 - a fruit day
1 kg. fresh plums (or 500 gr. prunes)
1 tbsp. spoon sunflower oil
herbal tea
