Citrus aromatherapy

 Remember that natural essential oils is better to buy in a drugstore and using them to always follow only tested recipes without exceeding the indicated concentrations. Before using any oil, make sure that it does not cause you allergies.  

Essential oils can be used for bathing, massage, inhalation, compresses, and as a supplement to your usual cream, shampoo or tonic. Most often uses not one, but several oils, but their total amount should still not exceed the recommended dosage.

Baths
The specified amount of oil mixed with an emulsifier (sea salt, cream, honey, and so on. D.) And add the water.
Orange: no more than 3-5 drops
Lemon: no more than 4-7 drops
Grapefruit: no more than 4-6 drops
Mandarin: no more than 3-5 drops

Massage
Mix a few drops of essential oil with 10 g of any oil for massage. This may be the almond seed oil, jojoba, avocado, St. John's wort, wheat germ, and so on. D.

Lemon: no more than 4-7 drops
Grapefruit: no more than 3-5 drops

To do this, tend to use more than one oil, and the whole composition of flavors complement each other perfectly and have maximum efficiency for a particular cosmetic problem. In this case it is particularly important not to exceed the allowable amount. If you mix several flavors, guided by the median for these purposes using citrus oil, observe the following dosage (per 10 g of the base, ie. E. A cream or shampoo):
