Office romance - all the "pros" and "cons"

Consciously or not, we women sometimes flirt with people who see in the first and last time. But what if you suddenly begin to wink at the person with whom vidishsya almost every day, with all the workers who discuss the problem. What if your colleague starts to flirt? And even more important question - what to do if you like a man, sitting at the next computer or the (worse) who pays your salary?

The question, in fact, rhetorical - a place whether flirt at work? Society, as a rule, says "no! "But what we had business with him? Let society leave their opinions to themselves. We, waving from the instructive story of Bill and Monica, continue to fall in love with colleagues and with a sigh, watching the eternal story of "Office Romance", associating himself with his heroes.

Of course, there are no general rules prohibiting, or, conversely, to set an office romances. But alwaysit must be remembered that:

1. Flirting at work, you risk to exchange full privacy for a temporary distraction at work.

2. If you are the boss, and he was a slave, then your novel may be just a way for it to climb the career ladder.

3. If you are a subordinate, and he is the boss, you can easily become a victim of a man accustomed to the fact that he was afraid to refuse. And being the mistress of the chief, will become just another of his toy.

And, for your own safety:

1. Always write to her lover not to the office, and on the other mail, perhaps even special institutions for the occasion.

2. Do not call him during working hours, do not go to dinner with him, if you do not want someone found out about it.

3. Walk to dinner with everyone, go to work with them.

4. The best advice is - if you want to build a relationship, do it openly. That's the whole concept of security.

In the end, it's up to you. Someone thinks that the work - not the place for personal relationships, for someone to office romance - way to have fun, and someone in such a way (perhaps not even specifically) finds his soul mate.
