The term is derived from the Latin "combinatio" - connection, and at the beginning of this type of clothing is an amalgamation of the trousers and shirts in the same ensemble. The combination of different shirts greater length, tapered waist and has an extension at the bottom. Originally they were created from a simple cotton fabric, and only the middle of the XX century there were models made of silk and synthetic materials.
